A new cooling system for my electrolytic cleaning system! made almost entirely from bits of air conditioner and refrigeration equipment! This system has been used on most of my machine restorations including the 9″ Southbend Lathe, various Electric motor housings, small engine parts and miscellaneous rusted parts. Please keep in mind that parts must spend a good few hours in the hot sun, or a drying oven to drive off excess hydrogen that is absorbed during the cleaning process!!! otherwise parts may break when put under stress.
